Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to return

  • Contact us at hanhaokxl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  • We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within [3–5] business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
